Monument to the gray bus in Cologne

Description A copy of the "mobile" monument to the victims of the Nazi T-4 program - euthanasia of the mentally and physically disabled - on such buses (gray only) carried from 1940 to 1941 incurable patients from the psychiatric center in Weissenau to be destroyed in concentration camps and destruction centers . The monument (original, concrete) was created in 2005 by sculptors Horst Hoheisel and Andreas Knitz (Horst Hoheisel, Andreas Knitz) and "travels" throughout Germany. It is already a copy, which stands in Cologne at this place since 2012.
