Believers during a religious procession

Description With the blessing of His Beatitude Metropolitan of Kyiv and All Ukraine His Eminence Metropolitan Onuphrius and Chernigov and Novgorod-Seversky Ambrose on the occasion of the Baptism of Rus Day and the 1000th anniversary of ancient Russian monasticism on Mount Athos in Chernigov in the Holy Trinity Cathedral of the Divine Liturgy. Among the guests present - Rector of Holy Dormition Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, Metropolitan Pavel of Vyshgorod and brothers laurels. After the liturgy, the faithful with an icon of St. Anthony of the Caves, which was brought from Mount Athos, religious procession marched from the Cathedral to Anthony Cave.
